Contact forms

This website, www.gscreativephotography.co.uk collects private user data using contact forms which generates emails sent to: gscreativephotography@outlook.com and georgina@gscreativephotography.co.uk . The data from these forms is emailed to the addresses listed above and also stored on the website server. The website server is accessible by the website administrator. 

By clicking ‘submit’ on your contact form, you hereby consent to Georgina Smith of GS Creative Photography contacting your selected email address to respond to your enquiry. Clients are reminded that if you do not wish for your email to be kept on the system then please state so.

You will only receive marketing emails from me if you sign up to my newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Client data held on file

Georgina Smith (GS Creative Photography) holds the following personal data of clients: i) names ii) addresses iii) phone numbers iv) email addresses. These are all safely stored within my password-protected home office iMac and backed up to encrypted external hard drives. Promotional use of images 

To enable the continued work of GS Creative Photography, I reserve the right, with your consent, to select photographs to be used for promotional purposes. The photos may be displayed on my website, social media and printed media to promote my services.

Withdrawal consent 

Anyone photographed by GS Creative Photography, may withdraw consent for a photograph in which they appear to be displayed. The process for this is to email GS Creative Photography at georgina@gscreativephotography.co.uk specifying the photo in question. With that request, GS Creative Photography will then remove the photo from online and printed display wherever it appears.
